About the role

  • Personal support of existing customers and prospective new clients in the Lower Bavaria and Southern Upper Palatinate region
  • Reliable local contact for customer questions and issues
  • Conduct technical preliminary checks and provide product knowledge
  • Analyze market and competitor activities and report findings to the inside sales team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training related to technical sales
  • Experience in field sales, customer account management or B2B sales – career changers from technical backgrounds are welcome
  • Good technical understanding to explain applications and products clearly, solution-oriented and persuasively
  • Ability to quickly identify customer potential and proactively engage with people
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally
  • Confident use of digital tools such as CRM, MS Office and Teams
  • Valid Class B driving licence
