About the role

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of two project managers in the fluid technology area.
  • Actively support the team in its ongoing development.
  • Company-wide coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and execution of tasks.
  • Close collaboration with relevant suppliers on customer-specific issues and projects.
  • Analysis of customers and markets, identification of opportunities, and support in acquiring new customers as well as developing existing customer relationships.
  • Independent management of key accounts in day-to-day and project business to ensure long-term collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
  • Implementation of targeted campaigns for the fluid-technology product ranges in cooperation with marketing.
  • Regular reporting of relevant KPIs and customer activities to the Head of Ludwig Meister Consulting.

Requirements

  • A successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training forms the basis.
  • Further business or technical qualifications are advantageous, e.g., technician, master craftsman (Meister), certified business specialist (Handelsfachwirt) or business administrator.
  • At least five years of sales experience, ideally in wholesale or technical distribution.
  • Solid product knowledge in fluid technology and initial experience in a leadership role.
  • Confident negotiation skills and a strong sales orientation.
  • Openness to new ideas and analytical ability to solve complex tasks.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and further develop the product range.
  • Good German and English skills and confident use of CRM and ERP systems and MS Office.
