About the role

  • Full responsibility for managing a portfolio of suppliers, including negotiating terms and conditions
  • Independent handling of ordering processes, including master data maintenance and delivery date management
  • Regular inventory monitoring and optimization of ordering processes in the ERP system
  • Processing enquiries, preparing quotations, and creating quotation comparisons
  • Preparing systematic analyses and processing data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training and professional experience in purchasing
  • Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP software
  • English language skills advantageous
  • Team player, strong communicator and skilled negotiator
  • Quick to grasp new topics, passionate about process improvement, and interested in AI topics in procurement
  • Committed, independent and team-oriented working style
  • Enjoy working with numbers and data
