About the role

  • You will manage and develop our top clients in close coordination with the Account Manager.
  • You will handle smooth offer preparation and processing, route inquiries, and coordinate all internal departments for complex projects.
  • You will proactively support the preparation, implementation and monitoring of customer-specific agreements (e.g., framework contracts, delivery concepts), oversee their execution, and intervene actively in case of disruptions.
  • You will process customer orders and clarify any open issues.
  • You will work closely with Account Managers and internal departments (Engineering/Technical, Logistics, Tendering team, etc.) to ensure a consistent customer approach (“One Voice to the Customer”) and smooth order processing.
  • You will assist with potential analyses and contribute to the development and implementation of customer-specific development plans.
  • You will maintain sales-relevant data in the ERP and CRM systems and report defined KPIs regularly to team leaders and Account Managers.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training and approximately 3 years of sales experience – ideally in a trading company or a similar environment.
  • Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong process and system understanding.
  • Strength in needs analysis, consulting and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Team-oriented, good coordination skills and a solution-focused working style.
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to solve challenges independently.
  • Very meticulous and reliable, structured and organized.
