About the role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, assisting players with promotions, bonuses, and payment issues.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate live casino, slots, and sportsbook issues; handle customer disputes and report suspicious activity.
  • Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customer concerns and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on new procedures, games, and promotions; attend training sessions and team meetings.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve player issues and contribute feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Work within a team of Junior Agents, Senior Agents, and Shift Leaders across rotating shifts; manage chat limits and pursue professional development.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) — mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Tagalog or Filipino — ideal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (e.g., sales).
  • Proficiency with customer service software and tools (Slack, Discord, Intercom, LiveChat, Deputy, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems and chat management.
  • Genuine interest in iGaming; previous industry experience beneficial.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (morning, mid, afternoon) including weekends.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, empathy, attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills.
