About the role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC projects, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success.
- Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and escalation of issues.
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to best practices including Microsoft Success by Design and project governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including proposal development, project scoping, and estimation.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts
- Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams to gain deep product insights along with supporting customer solution design reviews.
- Act as a bridge between consulting leadership and consulting team members in the organization.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience managing large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC and CE projects.
- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies such as Azure and Power Platform
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
- Experience working with clients across various industries and geographies.
- PMP certification.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones!
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) and PMP Certification preferred
- Has successfully completed at minimum 2-3 Dynamics 365 AX / FO project from project initiation through go-live
- Experience with two or more Microsoft Dynamics functional areas, preferably: Finance, Trade & Logistics, Warehouse Management, Sales, Marketing, Service, Production, Manufacturing, and other modules.
