• Create high-quality 3D assets, including characters, environments, props, and interactive elements, in line with the project’s art direction
• Produce models, textures, and materials optimized for the technical constraints of mobile games
• Apply best practices in modeling, sculpting, texturing, and optimization
• Account for animation, rigging, and integration requirements when creating assets
• Participate in art reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve deliverables
• Identify production issues and propose solutions that balance artistic and technical constraints
• Estimate the time required for assigned tasks and meet established deadlines
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practices
