Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required
Clinical, healthcare administration, business, or related field strongly preferred
Substantial, practical experience in physician compensation administration within healthcare organizations
Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, compensation governance, and compliance
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance
Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships and adapt recommendations to varied organizational contexts
