About the role
- Actively contribute to recruiting processes: from job postings and screening to applicant communication
- Employee retention and motivation: help create a positive work environment and conduct employee surveys
- Support the planning and implementation of People & Culture initiatives
- Participate in digital team meetings
- Attend team days (every 3 months; 3 days at a pleasant AirBnB in North Rhine-Westphalia)
Requirements
- At least 2½ years of experience in the field of psychology
- Internships or comparable experience totaling more than 200 hours are an advantage
