Analyst

• Assist with the inventory plan at the store level and/or alpha group
• Execute initial fashion flows, fashion replenishment, and transfers of products in order to maximize sales and optimize inventory. Achieve turn objectives at a department and/or division level
• Manage individual store inventory analyzing weeks on hand, weeks of supply, open to ship, balance of ownership relative to deliveries and flow.
• Manage continuous flow of inventory through DC in collaboration with DC partners
• Conduct supply chain pipeline review and call out inventory flow challenges
• Review product performance at style and region/district/store level (Dept/season/store/category/style/size)
• Pull reports and data for departmental use
• Attend weekly meetings with planning, allocation and merchant partners
• Provide feedback from stores relative to product that is underperforming or exceeding expectations.
• Ensure stores are clear on replenishment strategies, new flows, and preparation for future events.
• Manage allocations to support sales forecast, receipt flows, markdown strategies and future on order.
• Collaborate with Senior Store Analyst to understand weekly strategies and execute allocations to reflect these.
• Review depth and breadth of assortment, populate distribution sheets and present back to Allocation Manager
• Create, review and manage size scales with initial allocation for new deliveries and stores

Designer

• Support the development of seasonal concepts, color palettes, prints, and silhouettes in alignment with brand direction
• Create and update technical sketches and flats using Adobe Illustrator
• Assist with fabric, trim, and color selection in partnership with senior designers
• Contribute to mood boards, concept decks, line reviews, and seasonal presentations
• Conduct trend, market, and competitive research using digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, WGSN, Miro)
• Create, update, and maintain accurate tech packs, including measurements, construction details, and design comments
• Support fit sessions by taking detailed notes, tracking revisions, and following up on changes
• Track product updates and changes throughout the development lifecycle to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Partner with Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production to ensure design intent is clearly communicated and executed
• Communicate with overseas vendors and factories as directed, supporting development and timeline needs
• Assist in managing seasonal calendars and meeting key development milestones
• Organize and maintain design files, reference libraries, and seasonal boards

• Develop and maintain detailed, consistent tech packs that clearly communicate design intent, construction, trims, and finishes to cross-functional partners and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising to curate balanced, commercial assortments that support line plans, margin targets, and premium price points.
• Partner with Production, Sourcing, and Technical Design to ensure product integrity, fit excellence, and manufacturability without compromising design vision.
• Lead fit sessions for assigned styles; provide clear direction on fit, proportion, and construction details, ensuring a refined end product.
• Review and approve all samples through the development lifecycle, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Manage seasonal design calendars and ensure all deliverables meet milestone deadlines.
