Designer

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and gain an understanding of the role of Design in the product lifecycle.
• Supports the design team during the product development process
• Identify the steps that Design goes through in order to design a line including trend research, concept development, sketching, detailing, and translating into samples.
• Learn more about the day to day tasks accomplished by an Assistant Designer including sketching, creating tech packs and line sheets, communicating with the cross functional team, and preparing for seasonal presentations.
• Provide research, maintenance, and support for assigned departmental projects and tasks as assigned.
• Support the design team in exploring and incorporating AI-assisted tools (e.g., ideation, prototyping, asset generation) into day-to-day design work.
• Participate and provide feedback in group meetings and discussions if applicable.
• Assist with the preparations of meetings & presentations
• Provide administrative assistance, such as filing, record keeping, etc.
• Perform such other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Design Intern

Marketing Operations

• Own the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and workflow management for all marketing and creative initiatives.
• Serve as the operational lead for all work requiring creative resources, including PDPs, seasonal brand campaigns, video, photography, print, and special projects.
• Translate brand, marketing, and business objectives into clear scopes, briefs, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Balance competing priorities, capacity, and deadlines, making informed tradeoffs to protect quality and delivery.
• Oversee planning and execution of 360 marketing initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Partner with Brand Strategy, Integrated Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, and Channel teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Provide operational leadership for campaign shoots, asset development, and production calendars.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps early and drive solutions.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve marketing operations processes that increase efficiency, clarity, and speed-to-market.
• Own project management tools, documentation, and workflows supporting creative and marketing execution.
• Establish standards for briefs, approvals, timelines, feedback, and handoffs.
• Drive consistency and discipline across teams while remaining flexible to business needs.
• Act as the primary operational bridge between creative, marketing, product, merchandising, and channel teams.
• Set clear expectations and decision frameworks for stakeholders engaging creative resources.
• Facilitate alignment and accountability across cross-functional partners and external agencies.
• Own visibility into workload, capacity, timelines, and delivery performance across the creative organization.
• Provide regular updates to marketing and creative leadership on priorities, risks, and progress.
• Lead post-campaign and post-project retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project management and operations talent within the marketing organization.

• Direct Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sourcing team, managing workload allocation and professional growth.
• Operational Agility: Maintain business continuity by providing high-level coverage for Senior Product Manager/Product Manager duties during peak seasons or staffing gaps.
• Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead specialized sourcing and product development projects that align with enterprise-wide business priorities and drive continuous process improvement.
• Ensure organizational resilience through succession planning and scalable team structures.
• End-to-End Ownership: Orchestrate the full product lifecycle from initial concept through production execution in collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Design.
• Process Standardization: Establish and enforce product development requirements and workflows for both internal teams and external vendors.
• Calendar Management: Synchronize complex production calendars across diverse brands, channels, and categories (e.g., Club vs. Discounter cycles), ensuring tailored Time & Action for every program.
• Strategic Allocation: Oversee sampling and counter-sourcing strategies, optimizing for Country of Origin (COO), vendor core competencies, and landed cost.
• Vendor relations: Schedule in office and virtual appointments with new and existing vendors to build business relationships. Follow up on next steps after appointments on development and cost.
