About the role
- Research target companies and identify the right contacts to reach out to
- Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn with messaging that is relevant and personalised
- Qualify prospects and convert them into booked meetings for our Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and manage your outreach with discipline
- Share market feedback with the team - what's landing, what isn't, and why
Requirements
- A Saudi National
- A recent graduate, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English - you will be communicating with prospects in both
- Naturally curious. You like understanding how businesses work and whether a solution actually fits
- Hungry and ambitious - you keep your eyes on the scoreboard and refuse not to win
- Comfortable picking up the phone - cold outreach motivates you, not intimidates you
- Organised, consistent, and accountable. You follow through without being reminded
- You take rejection as data, not as a verdict
