About the role

  • Research target accounts and identify the right contacts across mid-sized companies in sectors like retail, financial services, media, and healthcare.
  • Execute outbound prospecting across channels - email, phone, LinkedIn, and beyond - with messaging that is relevant, not generic.
  • Qualify prospects using defined criteria: right company profile, confirmed pain, correct stakeholder, and readiness to engage.
  • Convert qualified prospects into booked meetings for Inside Sales Account Executives, with thorough context and handover notes so nothing is lost in transition.
  • Manage your outreach cadences with discipline - you follow up, you track responses, and you don't let warm leads go cold.
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM at all times. Your data is relied on by the whole team.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales AEs to align on target accounts, share market feedback, and continuously improve what “good” looks like.
  • Test and iterate your outreach - subject lines, messaging angles, call openers. You treat prospecting like a craft to be sharpened.
  • Feed market insights back into the team: what objections come up, what messaging lands, what segments are responding.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role - SDR experience in SaaS is a strong plus.
  • You are naturally curious. You like understanding how businesses work, what their problems are, and whether a solution actually fits.
  • You are comfortable picking up the phone. Cold outreach doesn't intimidate you - it motivates you.
  • You are organised and consistent. You run your outreach cadences with discipline and don't let things fall through the cracks.
  • You write well. Your outbound messages are clear, direct, and personalised - not templated and generic.
  • You take rejection as data, not as a verdict. You adjust and keep going.
  • You are a team player who communicates openly with the AEs you support and actively works to make the handover process better.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Arabic language fluency is a must for engaging prospects in the region.
