About the role
- Lead new AI Agents Business Unit with full P&L ownership, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Define and execute business strategy to grow AI Agents into a major revenue stream.
- Oversee product, engineering, solutions consulting, delivery, and go-to-market functions.
- Define roadmap and ensure quality of the agent platform; coordinate engineering and product teams.
- Engage early customers and design partners; build success stories and define use cases.
- Oversee implementation and delivery to ensure time-to-value and service quality.
- Package, price, and promote AI Agent offerings; work with sales, business development, and marketing.
- Manage, hire, and develop a small multi-disciplinary team across functions.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Commercial mindset: understands revenue, costs, margins; can make trade-offs.
- Strong communication: can present to boards, customers, and internal teams.
- Customer-facing credibility: able to discuss AI capabilities and limitations with C-level clients.
- Operational discipline: sets goals, reviews performance, ensures follow-through.
- Nice-to-haves: Ex-founder.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in AI/automation/digital transformation projects.
- Nice-to-haves: Background in Customer Experience (CX), Telecom, Banking, or Government sectors.
- Nice-to-haves: Prior role as GM / Business Unit Head / Country Manager / VP in a SaaS or tech company.
- Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of data privacy regulations in KSA (PDPL) and enterprise procurement.
- Nice-to-haves: Connections with regional enterprises, government entities, and system integrators.
- Nice-to-haves: Track record in Saudi/GCC markets, ideally with experience selling to enterprises or government.
