About the role
- Plan and run end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across KSA & GCC to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth
- Define KPIs, monitor performance daily, and uncover insights to improve CPL, lead quality, and ROAS
- Partner with Paid Media, Content, Automation, and Sales to align campaigns with messaging and objectives
- Tailor audience segmentation and localization for Arabic-speaking markets and cultural nuances
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaign budgets with accuracy and ROI focus
- Contribute creative ideas, run experiments, and test new approaches to fuel growth
- Maintain market awareness of B2B SaaS trends, competitor activity, and emerging best practices
- Report to the Senior Integrated Marketing Manager and work within Performance Marketing team (Brand, Product, Performance functions)
Requirements
- 3-5 years in performance marketing, campaign management, or demand generation (B2B SaaS or enterprise IT products preferred)
- Familiarity with EMEA markets and strong understanding of Arabic-speaking audiences
- Proactive, analytical, hands-on mindset with a testing and iteration approach
- Ambitious, curious, growth-oriented and ready for broader responsibilities
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and CX teams
- Highly organized with excellent prioritization and deadline management skills (project management)
- Technical know-how (preferred): marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
