About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy and execution of enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams
- Drive alignment with cross-functional teams
- Build and manage the onboarding experience for new revenue hires
- Develop and maintain a library of sales plays, battlecards, and training resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to build enablement programs from scratch
- Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and LMS platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
