About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help build and extend the Channel Partner Platform, a core piece of LucidLink's go-to-market engine.
Design and develop customer-facing and internal APIs that are reliable, well-documented, and a pleasure to integrate with.
Build and refine frontend experiences — partner portals, self-service flows, dashboards, and admin tooling — with a focus on clarity and usability.
Design billing solutions and multitenant, customer-facing integrations that scale cleanly across partners and end customers.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and continuously improve customer-facing scenarios, turning real-world feedback into tangible product improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with NestJS and React.
Solid understanding of web application architecture across backend and frontend, including API and service design.
Comfort with automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD as part of your normal workflow.
Fluent written and spoken English.
