About the role

  • The Enterprise Clinical Applications Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise clinical software applications across LucidHealth to ensure reliable performance, strong usability, and efficient workflows that enable radiologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • This role works closely with radiologists, clinical staff, IT, operations, product engineering, and external vendors to maintain and enhance LucidHealth’s clinical application portfolio, including enterprise imaging systems, voice recognition platforms, advanced visualization tools, and the workflow orchestration platforms.
  • The analyst supports system implementations, upgrades, testing, and ongoing optimization efforts, while identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows and drive continuous improvement in clinical technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, clinical staff, and operational stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements for system enhancements, customizations, and new implementations.
  • Analyze existing clinical workflows and system capabilities to identify opportunities for workflow optimization, improved efficiency, and enhanced user experience.
  • Conduct regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) of clinical applications to ensure upgrades and updates meet performance, quality, and usability standards.
  • Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting for clinical applications, resolving system issues and ensuring reliable system functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver training materials and programs for clinical staff on the effective use of clinical applications.
  • Serve as a liaison between LucidHealth and clinical software vendors, advocating for system enhancements, issue resolution, and future product development.
  • Proactively monitor clinical systems to identify functionality gaps, licensing limitations, performance issues, or system degradation before they become operational problems.
  • Communicate system changes, operational issues, and improvement opportunities to leadership and stakeholders to ensure shared visibility and alignment.
  • Travel to LucidHealth facilities and partner hospitals as needed to support implementations, troubleshooting, and training (less than 10%).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting clinical applications in a multi-facility healthcare environment (acute care, ambulatory care, or radiology services).
  • Technical and operational experience with Synapse PACS, Visage PACS, and advanced visualization products (i.e. TeraRecon, Mirada, MIM, etc.)
  • Experience working with enterprise imaging platforms, PACS, voice recognition systems, or radiology workflow tools preferred.
  • Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, testing cycles, and user training initiatives is highly desirable.
