User Acquisition Manager – Mobile

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and scale **paid acquisition channels** (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Manage and optimize **high daily ad budgets**
- Improve **CAC, ROAS, and LTV** across markets
- Test creatives, audiences, and funnels continuously
- Work closely with product to improve **conversion & retention**
- Identify high-LTV countries and scale winning markets
- Build and iterate on growth strategies end-to-end
Requirements
What you’ll need- ** 5+ years of experience** in performance marketing
- Proven track record in **scaling B2C mobile apps**
- Strong understanding of **ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution**
- Experience managing **large ad budgets**
- Data-driven mindset (you live in dashboards)
- Fast execution, ownership, and startup energy
- Experience with subscription apps is a big plus
