About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client relationships, drive strategic healthcare marketing initiatives, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work that creates meaningful impact for clients and patients.
  • Oversee day-to-day client partnerships, lead internal teams, and contribute to strategic planning and business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that meets both creative and strategic objectives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing space.
  • Manage expectations and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape overall strategic marketing direction and ensure alignment with client business objectives.
  • Write and contribute to creative briefs and strategic plans, clearly articulating goals and communicating them to internal teams.
  • Provide high-level project oversight, ensuring work meets client needs, brand strategy, and quality standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance, feedback, and developmental support.
  • Monitor budgets, scopes, and timelines, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering trust and mutual respect.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support efforts to expand business.
  • Encourage critical and creative thinking across the team to anticipate client needs and drive innovative solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field)
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, or communications
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with initiative and the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Experience within pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing preferred but not required.
