About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent that aligns with our company's culture and business goals.
  • This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing and implementing new and creative recruiting ideas.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for various openings across corporate, call center, behavioral health and clinical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer development, and hiring while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruiting needs, develop targeted recruiting strategies, and attract top talent.
  • Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor by providing guidance on hiring, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Maintain recruitment data and reporting through the ATS, ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field PLUS 2+ years of recruiting or similar experience OR Associate's Degree with 3+ years of recruiting or similar experience OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of recruiting or similar experience.
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (UKG or similar system)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for attracting top talent.
