About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage full revenue cycle processes from insurance verification through accounts receivable follow-up
  • Ensure accurate and timely claims submission and compliance with payer requirements
  • Resolve denials and billing issues and maintain detailed documentation
  • Support high-volume workflows with accuracy and adherence to standards
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy and monitor KPIs to identify risks and performance issues
  • Analyze financial and operational data, including denials, accounts receivable, and payer trends
  • Identify root causes and deliver actionable improvement insights
  • Support and optimize EHR and billing systems
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process and system improvements
  • Provide operational support across revenue cycle functions
  • Enhance system configuration and reporting while ensuring continuity of business operations
  • Support Lucet's mission to improve behavioral, physical, and social health

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, billing, analytics, or related work within a healthcare services environment
  • Knowledge of front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle operations and their impact on reimbursement performance
  • Experience with EHR and practice management/billing systems, including system configuration and workflow optimization
  • Understanding of payer requirements, regulatory standards, and billing and claims compliance
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to pass background checks upon hire and throughout employment
  • 10-panel drug screening

  • High-speed internet installed before starting: minimum 20 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload, and maximum 100 ms latency
  • Ability to use computer and phone systems frequently
