About the role
- The Senior Product Manager owns and drives end‑to‑end product strategy and execution, translating customer and market insights into clear product direction, successful launches, and high‑quality delivery across multiple product lines while developing strong product management capabilities.
- Defines and evolves product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and tactical execution
- Incorporates market trends and customer insights to continuously refine product priorities and strategic direction
- Leads product launches and manages multiple product lines or concurrent releases, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and at high quality
- Ensures Engineering, QA, and partners have clear requirements, priorities, and user experience expectations to support cohesive development
- Mentors and supports product managers and cross‑functional team members to strengthen product management practices and execution
- Tracks operational and product performance metrics to assess outcomes, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in a product management or product owner role
- Intermediate to advanced level of understanding of Product Management principles and processes
- Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodology
- History analyzing business needs and gaps in product performance
- Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.
