Enterprise Account Executive

Recruitment

• Own end-to-end hiring across the entire company — engineering, product, sales, customer success, growth, operations, and leadership roles
• Build the talent function from the ground up: ATS setup, sourcing infrastructure, interview rubrics, scorecards, calibration processes, and reporting
• Run full-cycle recruiting yourself — sourcing, outreach, screening, coordinating, closing — until volume justifies hiring beneath you
• Partner directly with the founder and hiring managers to define role profiles, calibrate the bar, and move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Build a sourcing engine that doesn't rely on inbound — proactive outbound, referrals, communities, and creative channels
• Own the candidate experience end-to-end, from first touch to offer accept, in a way that reflects how we operate as a company
• Develop and refine our employer brand and hiring narrative as we scale
• Use AI aggressively across the recruiting workflow — sourcing, screening, outreach personalization, scheduling, and pipeline analytics

• At LTV.ai, we're redefining email marketing for e-commerce brands by automating a lot of the day-to-day manual grunt work that goes into email marketing, from segmentation, to creating campaigns without designers, to personalization.
• While increasing LTV and driving measurable growth, we help brands stay focused on what matters most - the customer.
• As our founding content marketer, you'll own the entire content engine from day one — building it from scratch and shaping how the market hears about LTV.ai.
• You'll have a rare canvas: real customers (Fabletics, Sur La Table, J. Jill, Backcountry, Twillory, Swim USA), real results (15-20% lifts in email sales, 70% reduction in operational expenses, 131.3% NRR), and a team that just closed a growth round to go bigger, faster.
• This is a build-from-scratch role. You're not inheriting a content calendar — you're designing the engine. You'll own LTV.ai's voice across every customer-facing surface and turn our product velocity, customer wins, and AI-native point of view into a content motion that compounds.
• Launch and run a weekly newsletter — the must-read for e-commerce retention operators.
• Build a recurring roundup of the best emails sent through LTV.ai, surfacing real campaigns, results, and creative from our customer base.
• Turn every product launch into a story — feature summaries, release notes, and announcements that show why it matters, not just what shipped.
• Own the LinkedIn and broader social strategy end-to-end: founder content, company channels, and a repeatable playbook for shipping daily.
• Stand up and grow our customer community — a place where the best e-commerce retention operators come to learn, share, and level up.
• Develop our content pillars, distribution model, and editorial standards so the engine keeps running as we scale.

• Build LTV.ai's agency partnerships function from scratch - sourcing, pitching, closing, and activating agency partners as a core top-of-funnel channel
• Own tech/platform partnerships end-to-end: identify the right ecosystem players, negotiate the relationship, and drive pipeline through integrations, co-marketing, and co-sell motions
• Run our events and field marketing strategy for partnerships - selecting events, owning the pre/during/post playbook, and turning spend into measurable pipeline
• Partner with the founding team on messaging, positioning, and commercial terms for every partner segment
• Stand up the systems, playbooks, and reporting that let this function scale - attribution, partner enablement, QBRs, tiering, co-marketing calendars
• Work hand-in-hand with sales and CS to ensure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline actually converts and retains
