About the role
- Lead and execute complex technical investigations involving multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, hardware, software, material, and device-related aspects).
- Provide analytical and technical support to design & development projects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary expert for mechanical aspects support, including root cause analysis and performance optimization.
- Lead and drive design improvements based on data-driven insights and investigation outcomes.
- Design and oversee advanced characterization studies (material, mechanical, functional, and performance characterization).
- Provide leadership to analytical and engineering professionals, including mentoring, prioritization, and performance oversight.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex, multidisciplinary industrial environments (mandatory).
- Proven track record in solving deep, non-trivial technical problems.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, including leading technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Full control of all MS-Office applications.
- Fluent English - written and spoken.
