- Lead the Exchange Management function across East Asia
- Manage regional Exchange Managers to deliver resilient, high‑quality real-time and reference data
- Act as customer concern point for critical data incidents
- Identify and mitigate East Asia risks - engineering, data, regulatory, telecom resilience
- Lead, coach, and performance manage Exchange Managers
- Drive career pathing, succession planning, and foster a culture of accountability, resilience, and innovation
Requirements
- 7+ years leadership experience in exchange traded data
- Deep knowledge of real-time systems, exchange data, and LSEG products
- Executive-level communication; proven customer critical issue management
- Familiarity with LSEG risk & governance and practical implementation
- Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and external exchanges
