About the role
- The Business Consultant – Enterprise plays a key role in delivering high‑quality solutions across products such as Datascope Select, Datascope On Site, Datascope Plus, and DaaS (Data as a Service).
- Projects include custom reports, data analysis, and workflow consulting services.
- In this role, you will support high‑value projects across a wide range of content sets.
- You will work closely with global customers—including investment banks, consulting firms, law firms, and other financial institutions—through both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases.
- You will be directly working with Senior Business Consultants in delivering direct revenue to Customer Consulting.
- Support the planning, prioritization, and delivery of custom solutions and services.
- Apply product and content expertise, with a focus on pricing and reference services.
- Participate in project execution and maintain strong relationships with internal and external collaborators.
- Develop and recommend solution options that address customer needs.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver large‑scale or sophisticated projects.
- Assist with pricing and costing activities for solution proposals.
- Prepare documentation for sales opportunities and help ensure contract requirements are met.
- Track account details and project progress using tools such as ServiceNow, TRUST, and Salesforce.
- Chip in to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Deliver customer orders within agreed timelines or SLAs while providing timely updates to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to improve satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant content sets or products indicated above.
- Strong understanding of customer workflows, enterprise solutions, and related technology.
- Ability to apply pricing techniques and commercial frameworks.
- Growth mindset and ability to find opportunities for improvement.
- Customer‑centric approach with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience supporting global‑scale projects and delivering high‑value work.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility in shift schedules: Working in US hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Optional Financial industry certification such as CFA or FIA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Post-graduate degree such as MBA.
- Proficiency with VBA, Python .NET, SQL or other programming languages.
