About the role

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery planning across multiple development, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and cross-team alignment sessions
  • Track delivery progress, manage risks, and escalate blockers proactively
  • Ensure releases meet quality, security, and readiness criteria before deployment
  • Maintain delivery roadmaps and ensure dependencies are understood and managed
  • Work closely with Development Team Leads, QA Lead, and DevOps Lead to ensure smooth execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts for complex initiatives, including architectural, platform, and infrastructure changes
  • Support teams in adopting and improving Agile delivery practices
  • Promote clear communication, transparency, and alignment across engineering and product stakeholders
  • Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and delivery best practices (in environments without a Scrum Master)
  • Identify inefficiencies in delivery processes (refinement, testing workflows, deployment cycles) and drive improvements
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
  • Facilitate retrospectives and ensure outcomes translate into actionable improvements
  • Maintain strong relationships with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and leadership stakeholders
  • Provide timely and accurate delivery updates, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Define, track, and report on key delivery metrics (velocity, release cycle time, quality trends, deployment frequency)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or technical program management
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and modern SDLC practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (Dev, QA, DevOps)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Background in software development or technical architecture (bonus but not required)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Certification(s): CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent
  • Experience in organizations scaling Agile across multiple teams
