About the role

  • Design and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines that streamline how we build, test, and deploy network automation products
  • Manage and optimize cloud environments across Azure, AWS, or GCP, and support containerized workloads running on Kubernetes and Docker
  • Enhance observability with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
  • Help diagnose and resolve issues tied to networking fundamentals and infrastructure interactions
  • Contribute to runbooks and SOPs, and take part in our on‑call rotation to support 24x7 production environments
  • Work directly with software engineers, SREs, and operations teams to integrate features, improve reliability, and iterate quickly

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role
  • Strong background with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
  • Solid understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Programming/scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or similar
  • Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing)
  • Ability to participate in an on‑call rotation
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment
