About the role

  • Lead DevOps engineering within a cross‑functional development pod, ensuring the platform is resilient, scalable, secure, and fully automated
  • Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, applying modern DevOps and GitOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed
  • Build and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management tools, driving an automation‑first culture and run the platform
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers
  • Act as operational SME for the product while also gaining a solid understanding of the underlying infrastructure and operations toolset
  • Ensure full compliance with departmental processes, reducing incidents and risks through proactive analysis, accurate impact assessment, and support for development changes
  • Identify and manage operational risks, mitigate short‑term while driving long‑term, sustainable resolutions

Requirements

  • 4+ years as a Senior DevOps Engineer
  • Demonstrated AWS and Kubernetes expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible), and scripting (Bash/Python)
  • Ability to compose solutions for complex systems and guide teams on deployment best practices
