About the role

  • Collaborate closely with a range of internal and external teams to capture requirements, design, and build workflow and reporting solutions.
  • Document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and implement solutions on a variety of workflow and reporting tools.
  • Deliver genuine value through robust, scalable, and sustainable solutions leveraging AI and automations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management / SDLC tools, such as Jira; workflow and reporting tooling such as PowerApps and PowerBI; and it would be an advantage to have an understanding in data governance tools such as Collibra, Solidatus, MS Purview, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
