About the role

  • Be the Global Mobility contact person for all mobility matters
  • Serve as the first point of contact for people leaders and colleagues on Global Mobility policies, processes, and procedures via Service Now
  • Provide recommendations to mobility colleagues on immigration issues
  • Assist with cost estimate preparation and monthly tracking of assignment tax costs
  • Manage third-party vendors, review KPI.s SLA, and invoices
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee experience
  • Independently manage high-volume caseload and prioritize as needed
  • Support team in achieving overall goals

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management
  • 3 to 6 years of prior in core Global Mobility, particularly in areas relating to Immigration and International Assignment life cycle management
  • Previous experience in managing immigration, tax, and relocation processes for international transfers
  • Previous experience with end-to-end compliance management for international transfers
  • Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow or other HRIS and case management tools
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and process orientation
  • Strong analytic, consultative, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint, and Outlook and working to experienced knowledge of Excel
