About the role
- Be the Global Mobility contact person for all mobility matters
- Serve as the first point of contact for people leaders and colleagues on Global Mobility policies, processes, and procedures via Service Now
- Provide recommendations to mobility colleagues on immigration issues
- Assist with cost estimate preparation and monthly tracking of assignment tax costs
- Manage third-party vendors, review KPI.s SLA, and invoices
- Recommend process improvements
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee experience
- Independently manage high-volume caseload and prioritize as needed
- Support team in achieving overall goals
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resource Management
- 3 to 6 years of prior in core Global Mobility, particularly in areas relating to Immigration and International Assignment life cycle management
- Previous experience in managing immigration, tax, and relocation processes for international transfers
- Previous experience with end-to-end compliance management for international transfers
- Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow or other HRIS and case management tools
- Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and process orientation
- Strong analytic, consultative, and collaboration skills
- Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint, and Outlook and working to experienced knowledge of Excel
