About the role

  • Responsible for engaging North American based clients across our existing segment
  • Actively hunting and growing new business to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to find opportunities to deliver LSEG products
  • Lead on engagements aligned to Wealth Management clients within your defined territory
  • Work in close partnership with internal partners to proactively drive gross sales and revenue
  • Developing your own opportunities and growth within your territory
  • Structure, negotiate and close deals
  • Manage administrative requests such as proposals, benchmark calculators, and salesforce related tasks
  • Build and develop strong internal relationships with Account Managers and other key partners
  • Develop the territory sales strategy to identify sales opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • Seek new business or new product sales through new account acquisition and/or penetration of new buyer hubs
  • Conduct high-efficiency, high-output prospecting
  • Provide Wealth insights and share Refinitiv/LSEG thought leadership with customers
  • Deliver customer demonstrations on Wealth products to customers and prospects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry, sales or market experience selling desktop/fintech solutions
  • Proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and a strong understanding of customers' business models and workflows
  • Strong sales closer with world class, consultative selling and relationship skills
  • Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong listening skills
  • Ability to organize and implement a sales plan
  • Executive presence
  • World class selling and relationship skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a “hunter”
