Key responsibilities & impact

Design, deliver, and evaluate food safety training using face-to-face and virtual methods
Create innovative training solutions, programmes, courses, and events to fulfil client requirements
Deliver scheduled courses and events, adapting training techniques to group and individual learning needs
Undertake business assurance assessments within the authorised area of specialism
Maintain professional competence and stay current with technical developments
Promote additional or higher-value services
Pass client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Adequate food safety qualification in training design, delivery, and evaluation
Expertise in varied training and learning styles, techniques, and methods
Experience with face-to-face and virtual training
Substantial experience and demonstrable track record in innovative training design
Knowledge and experience with at least two of ISO 22000, FSSC, and GMP management system standards
Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organisations
Fully conversant with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to innovate and create training solutions when needed
Ability to maintain professional competence and keep up with technical developments
Professional registration is a considerable add-on
