- Travel and spend time away from home
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Nationally recognised qualification in training design, delivery and evaluation
- Engineering academic background is an add-on, including industrial, mechanical, safety, environmental or food safety engineering
- Proven experience as an IMS Auditor and Trainer
- Technical qualification to execute training and improvement services for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000 and FSMS Schemes
- Proven experience as a signed-off Authorised Trainer
- Substantial experience and demonstrable track record in innovative training design
- Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles, techniques and methods
- Evidence of training competency for face-to-face and virtual training, including a Train the Trainer certificate
- Lead Auditor registration with a recognised body is expected
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels within client organisations
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities and relationships
- Prepared to travel and spend time away from home
