About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Understand client drivers, regulatory obligations (e.g. DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001), and threat landscapes to position appropriate service solutions.
  • Work with presales and consultants to scope and present technical engagements (e.g. Pen Testing, Red Teaming, vCISO, Managed Detection & Response, Incident Response retainers, SOC uplift).
  • Deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial models that demonstrate value and ROI.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and contribute to sales reporting.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.

Requirements

  • Experience in cybersecurity sales
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory drivers (desirable, not essential).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical detail into clear business value.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Comfortable managing a complex pipeline and multithreaded opportunities.
