About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Understand client drivers, regulatory obligations (e.g. DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001), and threat landscapes to position appropriate service solutions.
- Work with presales and consultants to scope and present technical engagements (e.g. Pen Testing, Red Teaming, vCISO, Managed Detection & Response, Incident Response retainers, SOC uplift).
- Deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial models that demonstrate value and ROI.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and contribute to sales reporting.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.
Requirements
- Experience in cybersecurity sales
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and regulatory drivers (desirable, not essential).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate technical detail into clear business value.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong commercial acumen.
- Comfortable managing a complex pipeline and multithreaded opportunities.
