About the role

  • Deliver effective generalist HR and case management services
  • Provide effective People Case management to support employees and managers
  • Manage compliance & employee relations issues
  • Handle and support performance management cases
  • Providing specialized advice to stakeholders through effective case management
  • Provide operation support on organisational redesign; change; job evaluation
  • Provide advice & guidance on terms & conditions of employment

Requirements

  • Qualified HR Professional with proven knowledge in generalist HR Case Management
  • Experience in conflict resolutions and manage complex cases
  • Fluent in English and another language is preferred
  • High relationship management skills with ability to work with stakeholders of all levels
  • Experience in policy management including researching, analysing, and reviewing policies
  • Ability to research, analyse, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe
  • Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and tact dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Authentic interpersonal, intercultural, and networking skills
  • Effective internal stakeholder engagement and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently
