About the role
- Deliver effective generalist HR and case management services
- Provide effective People Case management to support employees and managers
- Manage compliance & employee relations issues
- Handle and support performance management cases
- Providing specialized advice to stakeholders through effective case management
- Provide operation support on organisational redesign; change; job evaluation
- Provide advice & guidance on terms & conditions of employment
Requirements
- Qualified HR Professional with proven knowledge in generalist HR Case Management
- Experience in conflict resolutions and manage complex cases
- Fluent in English and another language is preferred
- High relationship management skills with ability to work with stakeholders of all levels
- Experience in policy management including researching, analysing, and reviewing policies
- Ability to research, analyse, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe
- Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment and tact dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
- Authentic interpersonal, intercultural, and networking skills
- Effective internal stakeholder engagement and ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both within a team and independently
