Trainee Recruitment Partner
LRGTrainee Recruitment Partner managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a market-leading property company. Working collaboratively with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, and support the end-to-end recruitment process for internal vacancies
- Review and shortlist applications against various role requirements using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Utilise various recruitment channels (such as job boards and social media) to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates
- Assist in the development and negotiation of job offers, ensuring alignment with organisational policies
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience working in customer service
- Previous experience working to targets or KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of recruitment processes and estate agency (Desirable)
