Onboarding Property Manager
LRGOnboarding Property Manager responsible for managing landlord transitions at a property management company. Ensuring accurate data handling and relationships with landlords and tenants.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new property portfolios
- Build strong, respectful relationships with landlords
- Support the Lettings team by updating them on onboarding progress
- Track onboarding milestones and monitor property portfolio statuses
- Compile accurate weekly reports detailing onboarding progress
- Collaborate with internal departments to uphold robust onboarding processes
- Carry out general administration duties with integrity and attention to detail
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have experience in either property management or lettings management
- Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks and timelines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Experience with Reapit (preferred but not essential)
