Property Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive highest service levels
- Act as point of contact for tenants and landlords, assisting with inquiries and booking appointments
- Ensure smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end
- Provide triage service for tenants maintenance requirements and communicate resolutions to landlords
- Update parties regularly on progress and maintain high communication levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving License Required
