Trainee Property Manager
LRGTrainee Property Manager role involving communication with tenants and landlords in Southampton. Full training is provided in this property management position at a well-established company.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, assist tenants and landlords with inquiries
- Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication
- Handle tenants maintenance requirements and triage issues
- Update parties regularly via phone, email or text and log notes
- Ensure properties have been inspected as required and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner
- Organisational skills, time management and attention to detail
- Full UK Driving License Required
