About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will be tasked with advancing a property transaction from offer agreed, through to successful completion and move in.
  • You will be in communication with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors both internally and externally, along with all other parties involved in the transaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience within estate agency is essential.
  • Experience within a Sales Progressor role is preferred.
  • Highly organised.
  • Attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Previous experience in dealing with a large workload.
  • Previous experience in residential property sales progression.
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Knowledge of the residential sales process.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
