About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and optimize WalkMe solutions to improve user engagement and adoption of LPL Financial proprietary platforms
- Create and configure in-app guidance, automation, and adoption features for complex processes and workflows
- Analyze user behavior data and platform insights to identify adoption challenges and optimization opportunities
- Troubleshoot WalkMe deployments and integrations
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, service support, and business stakeholders
- Deliver WalkMe initiatives on time and in alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate functionality, usability, and performance
- Maintain and enhance existing WalkMe content
- Document solutions, configurations, test results, and implementation processes
- Support continuous improvement through analysis, reporting, and solution optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience building and implementing WalkMe solutions
- Experience working in a deadline-driven software development environment
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with front-end development frameworks and libraries such as jQuery or Angular
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques
- Ability to conduct thorough testing validating functionality, usability, and performance
- Commitment to consistency and high-quality standards across deliverables
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to document test cases, results, and identified issues
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred
- WalkMe certifications preferred
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet preferred
- Basic HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience highly preferred
- jQuery experience highly preferred
- Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to support extended West Coast coverage through at least 4:00 PM PT
