About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, prepare documentation, and assist with follow-up tasks
- Manage inquiries about account maintenance, statements, and online access
- Process beneficiary updates, address changes, RMDs, and account transfers accurately and promptly
- Maintain client information in CRM and other management systems
- Coordinate and prepare advisor meeting materials in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with new business, account openings, and account maintenance documentation
- Monitor and complete branch operational activities, including audits, compliance requests, and internal reporting
- Support marketing, client appreciation events, and client communication initiatives
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and internal and external communications
- Provide administrative and operational support to advisors and clients in the Employee Model
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients, advisors, and cross-functional teams
- Client service orientation and commitment to exceeding expectations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to research information effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Initiative, drive, and adaptability in a changing environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, administrative support, or a related role preferred
- Experience working directly with financial advisors, branch staff, or home office support teams preferred
