About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management across Linsco and L&S
  • Lead, mentor, and develop AVPs and senior managers
  • Own the design, governance, and evolution of the branch admin program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management
  • FINRA Series 7/66 required; Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • 5+ years of experience leading large, distributed teams
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
