Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical and organizational leadership for LPL Financial's advisor digital platform
Lead multiple engineering teams responsible for advisor-facing applications, cloud-based platforms, enterprise integrations, and digital experiences
Establishing priorities, align roadmaps, and deliver strategic initiatives
Provide leadership for the design and implementation of secure, scalable cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures
Promote software engineering best practices, including DevSecOps, continuous delivery, automation, and operational excellence
Build strong partnerships across Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Business organizations
Lead the delivery of advisor-facing digital capabilities and enterprise platform enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in software engineering, software development, or enterprise technology delivery
10+ years of experience leading engineering teams, technology organizations, or large-scale technology initiatives
10+ years of experience within financial services, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or another regulated industry
Experience designing and implementing cloud-based, distributed, and enterprise-scale technology solutions
