About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner across product, technology, operations, service, and legal/compliance teams to align stakeholders, define solutions, and deliver outcomes that enhance both the client experience and LPL’s strategic position.
  • Break down complex, ill-defined problems into clear hypotheses, decision points, and actionable solution paths—creating structure where none exists.
  • Design future-state experiences that are intuitive, compliant, and operationally viable, while advocating for outcomes that improve adoption and satisfaction.
  • Lead discovery and diligence efforts to evaluate capabilities, workflows, and operating models.
  • Develop detailed, high-quality business requirements and workflow definitions that enable product and technology teams to build, integrate, and operationalize solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, wealth management consulting, transformation, or related roles within financial services
  • 10+ years of experience driving business efficiency, operating model design, and solution development across complex environments
  • 10+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership and developing executive-ready materials
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change, integrations, or complex business transformations
  • Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
