About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain the team’s initiative portfolio, including kanban-style tracking, 90-day plans, and detailed project plans
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and slippage across initiatives
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation that enables scalability and clean transitions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy execution, consulting, or analytical roles
  • Project management skills, including building executable plans, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies
  • Attention to detail with follow-through, organization, and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including ability to produce clear, concise, leadership-ready materials (PowerPoint, executive summaries)
