About the role

Lead a tech team to design, develop, test and implement technical solutions based on business requirements
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architecture, data, product, and business partners
Work collaboratively with quality assurance engineering teams, DevOps and PMO to ensure all SDLC processes and Agile best practices are followed
Measure success by say/do, velocity, defect remediation, and clear value to the trading platforms
Provide technical leadership to teammates through the technical design and implementation

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
10+ years of progressive experience in owning and driving full stack applications as hands-on Engineering Tech Lead
6+ years of hands-on designing/deploying/migrating on-prem windows services, .Net apps and databases to AWS
6+ years of hands-on experience with Kafka and event driven architectures/patterns
6+ years of related experience in capital markets with a strong understanding of trading intraday flows and financial industry
