About the role
- Partner with the SVP of Business Transformation to define and execute the holistic LPL advisor and client experience
- Synthesize outputs from product, technology, and service team roadmaps and industry best-practices into cohesive end-to-end journey maps
- Map team deliverables across product, engineering, and operations onto complete advisor and client journeys, identifying integration opportunities and friction points
- Analyze gaps between current team outputs and the Point of Arrival vision and recommend targeted enhancements
- Conduct primary research with advisors and industry benchmarks to validate journey designs
- Build journey artifacts: client user experience, process flows, experience maps, and requirement documents
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and service leaders to translate journey insights into development priorities
- Lead bi-weekly stakeholder sessions to demonstrate journey progress, surface integration challenges, and align teams
Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent degree, ideally in business, economics, applied math or science
- 5+years of experience in strategy consulting, banking, business analysis, product management, or strategy roles
- Experience with process mapping, journey design, and systems thinking approaches
- Proficiency in AI prompting, data analysis, and presentation software
- Communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to distill complex, ambiguous information into clear frameworks and recommendations
- Consulting background, preferably from the big 4 (preferred)
