Handle complex and cross-departmental items on behalf of the advisory operations team
Communicate complex issues in writing and verbally to management and internal/external vendors and customers
Provide oversight of existing processes and mitigate risk against future firm impact
Oversee review, reconciliation and supervisory control of data and provide detail-level analysis to external clients while meeting service level agreements
Collaborate with subject matter experts across teams to obtain key job knowledge and meet business needs
Research complex situations and define actions necessary to resolve them
Improve workflows that cross multiple teams to gain efficiencies
Meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Handle escalated items timely and accurately while creating a great experience for customers
Limited weekend availability may be expected
Requirements
3+ years of experience in financial services firm
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field
Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups, macros)
Working understanding of client compensation and the impacts of billing and billing adjustments on client compensation
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Keen attention to detail
Constant eye for process improvement and efficiencies
Ability to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze information and strong reporting skills
Ability to handle escalated items timely and accurately
Limited weekend availability
